Bid Protests: A Guide to Challenging Federal Procurements, authored and edited by Andrew Shipley and Daniel Chudd and published by The American Bar Association, equips lawyers with a practical guide to the bid protest process with respect to federal procurements. Members of WilmerHale’s Regulatory and Government Affairs group also served as contributing authors to the book, including Philip Beshara, Jessica Aldrich, Chanda Brown, Elizabeth D’Aunno and Ariel Dobkin.
