The 61st Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law will feature more than 50 substantive sessions across a wide range of hot topics in antitrust and consumer protection law, both in the US and abroad.
WilmerHale Partners Molly Boast, Jamie Gorelick, Thomas Mueller and Hartmut Schneider are all featured speakers at this event. On Wednesday, April 10, Boast will be participating in a panel entitled "2013 and Beyond: Antitrust in Obama's Second Term," and Mueller will be presenting in a panel entitled "Litigation Wave Crosses the 'Pond': What Are the Ripples?"
On Wednesday, April 11, Gorelick will be speaking on a panel entitled "The ABA's 2012 Changes in Ethics Rules." As co-chair of the ABA’s Commission on Ethics 20/20, Ms. Gorelick will discuss the new guidelines that the Commission proposed to modernize the ABA Model Rules of Professional Responsibility (and related policies) which were recently approved by the ABA.
On Thursday, April 12, Schneider, an acting co-chair of this year’s event, will co-moderate the traditional “Hot Topics” panel discussion.
