As President-elect Trump quickly fills government roles, the presenters will explore what may happen and what to look for in the coming months.

Topics of discussion will include:

• prospects for legislation addressing the scope of section 101 patentable subject matter;
• possible legislation to reinstitute the presumption of a right to an injunction as a remedy for patent infringement; 
• prospects for legislation and regulations addressing pharmaceutical patents and possible drug pricing;
