The American Conference Institute offers dozens of industry-specific conferences, forums and summits each year, including its 13th Advanced Forum on Import Compliance and Enforcement. This flagship conference is the only event of its kind that gathers key government officials and industry professionals for the latest updates and best practices for compliance, audits and investigations. Sessions will examine the practical, day-to-day trade and customs compliance dilemmas facing compliance professionals today. The event will take place November 20–21, 2024, in Washington DC.

Partner Neena Shenai will speak on a panel titled “Post-Election Outlook: Impacts on Global Trade and Supply Chains” on Wednesday, November 20 at 9:45–10:45 a.m. Serving as the forum’s special opening session, the panel will focus on the trade compliance and policy outlook for the industry in the immediate aftermath of the US presidential election. The panelists will address the following topics:
