Counsel Nadja Al Kanawati and Senior Associate Shanelle Irani will both speak on panels as part of this year's Dubai Arbitration Week. Dubai Arbitration Week is an annual event connecting the UAE’s diverse and busy community of arbitration practitioners with the global arbitration community. 

On November 13, Ms. Al Kanawati will participate on the Jus Mundi panel "The IBA Guidelines 2024: Redefining Conflict of Interest?" which will delve into the latest updates and implications of the IBA Guidelines 2024 and explore the transformative changes and their impact on conflict of interests in arbitration.

On November 14, Ms. Irani will participate on the Aikyam Law Offices panel "Arbitration’s Judicial Ally: How Courts Shape Interim Measures in India, UK, and DIFC," where the participants will deliberate the pivotal role courts play in granting interim measures in arbitration proceedings, with a comparative analysis of practices in India, the UK and the DIFC.
