WilmerHale represented State Street Corporation in connection with its recent $750 million registered senior notes offering. State Street Corporation is a leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed January 24, 2020.
