Andrew Langworthy is a corporate lawyer who represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and credit, and corporate governance matters. His experience includes representing clients in connection with public and private securities offerings, including high-yield and investment grade debt offerings; an IPO and other equity offerings; domestic and international bank financing transactions; a number of mergers and acquisitions; and general public reporting obligations.

Mr. Langworthy is a member of the New York City Bar. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Langworthy was a corporate associate at another law firm in New York. Previously, he worked as an account supervisor at Edelman Public Relations and as a press aide in the Office of United States Senator Mike DeWine.
