WilmerHale Counsel Danielle Morris and Dr. Sarah Ganz each gave a lecture at the LSE International Arbitration Academy on December 11, 2018. Ms. Morris presented on “Investor-State Arbitration – Introduction and Jurisdictional Requirements” and Dr. Ganz on “Arbitral Tribunals (Constitution, Powers, and Challenges).” The LSE International Arbitration Academy is an annual 10-day course covering topics on commercial and investment arbitration and public international law disputes.
