Sean Kim focuses his practice on complex litigation, appellate, and enforcement matters. Prior to rejoining the firm, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Kim previously was an intern in the Criminal Division, Terrorism and International Narcotics and General Crimes Units of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and was an intern in the Criminal Division, Organized Crime and Gangs Section of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Before attending law school, Mr. Kim was a paralegal specialist trainee through the Pathways Program in the Consumer Protection Branch of the US Department of Justice.
