Nicholas Lancaster provides strategic counsel to clients responding to high-profile corporate crises and advises on government investigations and congressional oversight.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lancaster worked for nearly 10 years in cross-border investment banking, including as a partner at a London-based boutique that specialized in structuring private credit solutions for investments into emerging markets. He was awarded the 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Award for Deal Making in International Banking from M&A Advisor. Most recently, he was an intern with the Appellate Unit in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and a judicial intern for the Honorable George Hazel for the US District Court for the District of Maryland. While completing his Masters in International Economic Policy at Sciences Po, Mr. Lancaster held research positions at the University of Oxford and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
