Emily Jenab counsels clients, including investment management companies and private equity funds, on a wide range of financial services matters, including investigations and complex securities, corporate governance and compliance issues. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jenab was an associate at another international law firm in New York and previously worked at the United Nations Office of South-South Cooperation. Ms. Jenab is a co-author of “A Challenge to Bleached Out Professional Identity: How Jewish was Justice Brandeis?”, 33 Touro L. Review 335 (2017). She was the recipient of the Jessica Klurfeld prize honoring her research and clinical work concerning the rights of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
