Multi-party and multi-contract disputes are among the most procedurally and strategically complex in arbitration. They often involve overlapping claims, fragmented responsibilities, and jurisdictional challenges that can derail proceedings if not carefully managed.
The panel titled “Untangling the Web: Managing Multi-Party and Multi-Contract Disputes,” co-hosted by the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre and Habib Al Mulla & Partners during Paris Arbitration Week, will examine how complex disputes involving multiple parties and contracts arise and how counsel, tribunals, and institutions can respond.
Counsel Michael Arada Greenop will speak on the panel alongside Arno Janssens, Legal Counsel at the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre; Habib Al Mulla, Founder of Habib Al Mulla & Partners; Karen Seif, Counsel at Habib Al Mulla & Partners; Zeina Obeid, Partner at Obeid & Partners; and Karim Nassif, Principal at Nassif Arbitration.
The event will take place on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 14:30 to 16:30 at the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra.
