WilmerHale presents “The Revolution Will Be Synthesized: A Webinar Series on Legal Developments in the Age of AI.” This is the 10th webinar in this series.

The Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) is the world’s first comprehensive horizontal legal framework for AI. It provides for EU-wide rules on data quality, transparency, human oversight and accountability. During this webinar, WilmerHale lawyers Martin Braun, Anne Vallery and Itsiq Benizri will discuss how the AI Act regulates generative AI.

Topics will include:

  • an overview of the scope and approach of the AI Act;
  • relevant obligations for generative AI, with a focus on general-purpose AI models and AI-generated content;
  • codes of practice; and
  • an overview of enforcement and penalties under the AI Act.

During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to contribute questions online. CLE credit will be provided.
