On November 14, Ms. Irani will participate on the Aikyam Law Offices panel "Arbitration’s Judicial Ally: How Courts Shape Interim Measures in India, UK, and DIFC," where the participants will deliberate the pivotal role courts play in granting interim measures in arbitration proceedings, with a comparative analysis of practices in India, the UK and the DIFC.
