Partner Jonathan Lim will be speaking at the event titled "The Many Shades of Climate Change through the Lenses of Dispute Settlement" on November 8, in Rome, Italy. Mr. Lim will speak on the panel "The Complex Interplay Between Climate Law and International Investment Law." Attendees will be able to participant in a Q&A following the discussion.
Organized by Roma Tre – UNIDROIT Centre for Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration, the first annual conference aims to modernize, harmonize and coordinate private, and in particular, commercial law between States and groups of States. The goal is to formulate uniform law instruments, principles and rules to achieve these objectives.
