WilmerHale Counsel Jonathan Lim will participate in the YSIAC Mock Virtual Hearing: Cross Examination.
Sue Ann will be introducing the case scenario and moderating the panel discussion. Professor Chan, Ms. Hing (Presiding Arbitrator) and Mr. Kawabata will act as Tribunal and Panelists.
Mr. Lim will act as one of the counsel and panelists, along with Mr. Nidumuri, Ms. Chui and Ms. Chong. Mr. Lee, Mr. Benson Lim, Mr. Leong and Mr. Katsikis will act as factual witnesses, to be cross-examined by the counsel.
