During Georgetown's Fourth Annual International Arbitration Month, WilmerHale Partner Naboth van den Broek spoke on the parallels between proposed reforms of the Investor-State Dispute Settlement system in the Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership (TTIP), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). The event, “TTIP and the Future of Investment Treaty Arbitration” was held at the Greek Embassy in Washington DC. Other speakers at the event included Judge Charles Brower and Professor Don Wallace of Georgetown University, among others.
