Scott Scharf counsels entrepreneurs and high-growth companies on a variety of corporate governance issues and complex transactions, including venture capital and strategic financings; debt financings; secondary sales; and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents venture capital funds and other investors in equity financings. Mr. Scharf’s clients span the technology industry, including software, aerospace & defense, clean tech, ecommerce, fintech, edtech, digital health and healthcare IT, and robotics.

Mr. Scharf was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2013. Previously, he was a judicial extern with the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr. of the US District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to law school, Mr. Scharf founded an education company in Shanghai, China, and also worked in government sales for a supplier of products and services for emergency responders.
