WilmerHale offices across the country continue to be recognized as top workplaces. So far this year, The Washington Post, Dayton Business Journal and Bay Area News have named the firm a top place to work based on surveys taken by both attorneys and staff. The surveys measure feedback on local and overall leadership, compensation and training, and workplace flexibility and diversity.
For the third consecutive year, WilmerHale's Washington DC office has been recognized among the region's Top Workplaces by The Washington Post. A total of 170 companies were honored in one of three categories based on headcount: large, midsize and small workplaces. WilmerHale ranked second out of a total of 20 large companies and was the only law firm listed.
Featured in a recent article in The Washington Post, Managing Partner Bob Novick described WilmerHale as a firm only as good as its employees. “We're a 'talent' business, and that's all we are. It's critical that we invest in that talent every day because that's what we sell to the marketplace.”
The Dayton Business Journal recognized the firm as a top workplace out of a total of 32 companies for the third consecutive year. Bay Area News also ranked the firm one of the best among a list of 50 companies for the third consecutive year.
