On October 18, 2023, HawkEye 360, Inc. announced the subsequent closing of its Series D-1 Preferred Stock financing, which was comprised of approximately $10 million. Investors for this closing included Lockheed Martin Ventures and company insiders. The total size of the round is approximately $68 million. HawkEye 360 is a radio frequency (RF) geospatial intelligence and data analytics company.

The team consisted of Stephanie Evans, Adam Freiman, Frances Mosley, Jake Wyrick and Taylor Mielnicki.
