Tiffany Smith Named to Crain’s New York Business’ List of Notable Women in Law

Crain’s New York Business recognized Partner Tiffany Smith among New York’s top 100 women attorneys. Smith, who co-chairs WilmerHale’s Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Working Group, was named to the publication’s 2023 list of Notable Women in Law.

The exclusive list honors an exemplary group of lawyers who have achieved precedent-setting victories, displayed a commitment to mentorship and maintained an impressive pro bono practice. 
Smith is an established securities regulatory attorney with over a decade of experience counseling the nation’s leading financial institutions. She has emerged as a thought-leader in the crypto space and has advised many of the largest players on how to navigate the constantly evolving regulatory environment.

In addition to mentoring law students and junior attorneys, Smith maintains a robust pro bono practice and is an active member of WilmerHale’s Pro Bono and Community Service Committee. She serves on the board of the Legal Aid Society and is a member of the Wall Street Blockchain Association, the New York City Bar, the National Bar Association, the Metropolitan Black Bar Association, Women in Crypto and the LGBT Bar Association of New York.
