WilmerHale represented TMX Group, a company that operates global markets and builds digital communities and analytic solutions, in connection with its acquisition of SigmaLogic, Inc., a fintech company and leading provider of analytics and portfolio tools to the wealth management industry and investment fund manufacturers. The transaction signed and closed on February 16, 2023.
