H. David Gold Named Fellow of Construction Lawyers Society of America

H. David Gold has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields. The CLSA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy and ethical standards in construction law and fostering a scholarly and advanced exchange of ideas in all practices related to the specialty. Lawyers selected as fellows have a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law.

Gold is a real estate, environmental and energy lawyer who has negotiated a broad array of construction contracts, design/build and architect agreements, commercial leases, and energy supply contracts, and helped clients manage risks relating to numerous real estate and corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and debt offerings. Gold has nearly two decades of experience counseling counsels on matters involving land use, zoning, water, wetlands, endangered species, environmental marketing and advertising, cultural resources, environmental health and safety, and hazardous and solid waste. He is a vice chair of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources Water Resources Committee and a member of the American Water Resources Association.
