WilmerHale Achieves Victory for Unified Patents at the Federal Circuit

Client News

On May 15, 2020, WilmerHale secured a victory on behalf of client Unified Patents when the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit summarily affirmed the PTAB’s ruling that all challenged claims of a patent related to a wireless communication system are unpatentable. This ruling ends the longstanding assertion of those claims.

Unified Patents was represented by Dave Cavanaugh, Greg Lantier, Brittany Amadi and Daniel Williams, with Amadi arguing via teleconference at the hearing.
