The Denver Business Journal has named Denver Partner Chalyse Robinson a finalist for its “Most Outstanding Women in Business” awards. The recognition acknowledges Ms. Robinson’s leadership in Denver’s business, philanthropic and nonprofit communities.
“Chalyse is an incredibly well-respected attorney who has made a meaningful impact in the community both professionally and personally,” said Ken Salazar, the partner-in-charge of the Denver office. “Chalyse does the kinds of business deals that no one else in Denver does—she handles multi-billion dollar transactions that are almost exclusively handled out of markets such as New York City. And combine that with her willingness to roll up her sleeves and help deserving nonprofits grow and succeed, and you can see why she is deserving of this recognition.”
Ms. Robinson has built a reputation for complex middle-market acquisition financings, including private equity sponsors, handling credit facilities for other public and private companies, financings for investment grade and non-investment grade issuers, and asset and reserve-based lending transactions. Her clients include companies across a range of industries, including financial services, entertainment, retail, manufacturing, real estate, oil and gas, mining, healthcare, medical device and pharmaceutical.
