The BTI Litigation Outlook 2019 has identified WilmerHale as an IP Litigation Powerhouse—a stand out firm according to general counsel for “the ability to deliver top-shelf results in IP matters.” The firm is listed among only seven law firms in this annual analysis of the legal landscape. 

In a Law360 story announcing the report findings, BTI President Michael Rynowecer noted “one of the big things we heard is that clients want IP litigation firms to somehow be involved from the beginning. If they filed the patent or crafted the initial strategy, a firm is in a much better position to help when litigation pops up months or years down the road.”
