The M&A Advisor's 11th Annual Turnaround Awards honors WilmerHale as a recipient of the Restructuring Community Impact Deal of the Year Award for the firm's work on the restructuring of Jumio, Inc. The nominations—representing more than 300 participating companies—were judged by an independent jury of industry leaders. The awards will be presented at a Black Tie Gala on March 23, 2017 in Palm Beach, FL.
