The AIJA International Arbitration Commission, the ICC Court of Arbitration and the ABA Section of International Law invite you to the Pre- Congress Seminar in Charleston. An entire day will be dedicated to written evidence in international arbitration focusing on the status quo, the best practices in the field and future developments. Participants will also have a chance to exchange and discuss views on both the civil and common law approaches to document production and discovery.
