Join us for the second part of a two-part webinar series discussing what crypto market participants should expect from the federal regulators in the second Trump Administration. Part I, held previously, addresses what crypto market participants should expect from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Part II will address what crypto market participants should expect from the US Treasury and prudential banking regulators.

Part II: The Treasury and Banking Regulators

Wednesday, December 11, 2024 | 12:30–1:30 p.m. ET

In Part II, WilmerHale partner and co-chair of the firm’s Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Working Group Zachary Goldman will lead a discussion with Partner Michael Dawson, Senior Counsel Julie Williams, Public Policy Advisor Jeffrey Wieand and Associate Reshma Lutfeali. The panelists will discuss approaches the Treasury and banking regulators, under new leadership in the Trump administration, could take with respect to:

  • the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC);
  • the Federal Reserve; and
  • AML and sanctions.

During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to contribute questions online. CLE credit will be provided.

*This webinar is not open to regulators. Thank you.
