Client Alert

On February 22, 2023, the Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a Voluntary Self-Disclosure Policy (VSDP) which, effective immediately, applies to all U.S. Attorneys’ Offices (USAOs) nationwide with respect to corporate criminal enforcement matters.
