  • Representing a petroleum and natural gas production company in response to investigations and litigation arising out of a gas line explosion, including crisis response, community outreach, civil and criminal liability questions, and responding to inquiries from multiple federal and state regulators.
  • Advising a wholesale electricity supplier on a variety of regulatory and strategic issues related to the development of a 300-mile interstate natural gas transmission pipeline that would deliver natural gas to markets in the United States, including the federal permitting process and reviews by the National Park Service and other federal agencies.
