WilmerHale Ranked on National Law Journal’s 2013 Appellate Hot List

The article entry for WilmerHale highlights a number of the firm’s recent Supreme Court victories, including Bowman v. Monsanto Co. and FCC v. Fox Television Stations. Regarding the latter, the journal quotes Partner Seth Waxman saying, “[b]roadcast networks are not going to be subject to post hoc, idiosyncratic decision-making about sanctions.” Additionally, NLJ mentions the amicus briefs that WilmerHale filed with the High Court in the two pending same-sex marriage cases, United States v. Windsor and Hollingsworth v. Perry.
