WilmerHale Ranked Among Vault’s Top 100 Most Prestigious Firms

WilmerHale has again been recognized among the Vault Law 100, an annual ranking that honors the best firms based on industry reputation and feedback provided by associates. The results are a compilation of different factors, including: associate satisfaction, diversity, pro bono, attorney elevations, formal training, pay and hours. The firm ranked 21st overall, with impressive individual rankings in each category.
Honored as the sixth Best Law Firm to Work For, the firm also ranked in the top 10 for formal training, commitment to pro bono work, associate/partner relations, firm culture, and selectivity. Regarding diversity, WilmerHale ranked among the top 20 firms for military veterans, individuals with disabilities, LGBT, women and minorities.
Four of WilmerHale’s practices were ranked among the top 10—Appellate Litigation, Intellectual Property, International, Technology, and White Collar Defense and Internal Investigations. The firm’s Securities Litigation and General Commercial Litigation groups ranked among the top 20.
Firms were also judged by region, and WilmerHale’s Boston office ranked as the second best in the area while the Washington DC office ranked third.
Survey feedback highlighted the firm’s “strong appellate practice” and “excellence in trade law,” as well as “flexibility in terms of hours and location,” “collegial colleagues,” and “commitment to public service and pro bono.”
