The sixth edition of The�Best of the Best for 2004 named Gary B. Born and Roger M. Witten as "World's Leading Litigation Lawyers." Mr. Born is the only lawyer�in�the UK to receive this recognition, while Mr. Witten is one of five lawyers in the US.
Lawyers were selected through research, which is conducted by Euromoney Legal Media Group.�Research is conducted across 12 areas of law and data is compiled through questionnaires and interviews with in-house counsel and private practitioners in over 90 countries.
