Steven Finizio acted as contributing editor to the recently published,
The International Comparative Legal Guide to International Arbitration 2004. The guide analyzes arbitration laws in thirty-five countries, by having leading local arbitration specialists respond to questions that Steven devised. In addition to his role as contributing editor, Steven and Franz Schwarz contributed a chapter on "Taking of Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration," and Christian Leathley contributed a related chapter on the United Kingdom, and Wolfgang Rosener and Jörn Schämann contributed a related chapter on Germany.
