The American Lawyer Ranks Hale and Dorr as a Top 20 Elite Firm

The American Lawyer’s September 2003 cover story highlights the magazines first ever “Am Law A-List” rankings composed of 20 law firms that represent the new elite of the industry. Hale and Dorr is ranked one of the top 20 firms nationally on the inaugural “A-List”, earning a spot at number 13.
Law firms were selected by the magazine’s editors and drawn from rankings of the nation’s 200 largest firms. The “A-List” looks beyond simple business performance to identify firms that set the standard for their peers in areas including associate training and development, pro bono work and diversity.
