WilmerHale earned a 100 percent rating in the 2014 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), an annual survey administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC). This is the sixth consecutive year WilmerHale has received a perfect score on the survey, which identifies the best places to work for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality.

"It is an honor to be listed once again among HRC's Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality," says WilmerHale Partner Elizabeth Derbes, co-chair of the firm's Diversity Committee. "WilmerHale's continued inclusion on the CEI is a testament to our firm's commitment to sustaining an environment that values and respects people of all backgrounds. This commitment is rooted in WilmerHale's guiding principles of promoting diversity, public service and a firm that values collaboration and collegiality."

The HRC's CEI report provides an in-depth analysis and rating of large US employers and their policies and practices pertinent to LGBT employees. WilmerHale's commitment to its LGBT workers—demonstrated through its policies, benefits and practices—earned its perfect score.
