EPA Issues Final NPDES Stormwater Multi-Sector General Permit for Industrial Activities
On September 29, 2008, EPA will publish a final Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), which authorizes stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program.
