Brigida Benitez Named Latina Lawyer of the Year by the Hispanic National Bar Association
The Hispanic National Bar (HNBA) has selected Brigida Benitez, a partner at WilmerHale, as Latina Lawyer of the Year. Past recipients of the HNBA's Lawyer of the Year Award include US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, Patricia Madrid (Attorney General of New Mexico), and Cesar Alvarez (President and CEO of Greenberg Taurig). Ms. Benitez was honored at a special luncheon, Tuesday, October 18th, at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, as part of the Hispanic National Bar's 30th annual convention in Washington DC (October 16-19).
