BAE Systems Acquires United Defense Industries for $4.2 Billion

On Thursday, June 23, the Department of Justice approved BAE Systems' $4.2 billion acquisition of United Defense Industries following a review by the Department of Justice and Department of Defense. WilmerHale provided antitrust advice to BAE Systems. Partner Lee Greenfield led the work.
