PSQ Holdings, Inc. (PublicSq.) Completes Business Combination with Colombier Acquisition Corp.

On July 19, 2023, PSQ Holdings, Inc. (“PublicSq.”), a leading values-aligned online marketplace and ecommerce platform, completed its previously announced business combination with Colombier Acquisition Corp, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. As a result of the transaction, PublicSq. became a publicly traded company listed on The New York Stock Exchange.
