Kenneth Zhou Re-Elected to AmCham China’s 2024 Board of Governors

The American Chamber of Commerce in the People's Republic of China (AmCham China) has re-elected Partner Kenneth Zhou to its 2024-2025 Board of Governors.
AmCham China is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the business environment in China and promoting constructive and sustainable US-China economic relations. The member-led organization helps American companies succeed in China by providing advocacy support, networking opportunities, insights and business support services.
Kenneth Zhou is a key member of WilmerHale’s Corporate Practice Group, his practice focuses on foreign direct investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and regulatory and compliance matters. He has advised foreign companies in a wide range of industry sectors, including high-tech, media and entertainment, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, banking and financial services, publishing, consumer product and services industries with respect to their strategic expansion in China.
