WilmerHale Advises SecZetta in Acquisition by SailPoint Technologies

On January 12, 2023, SailPoint Technologies, Inc., a leader in enterprise identity security, announced that it acquired firm client SecZetta, Inc., headquartered in Fall River, Massachusetts. SecZetta, founded in 2006 by David Pignolet and backed by ClearSky, SYN Ventures and Rally Ventures, is a leading provider of third-party identity risk and lifecycle management software solutions. The acquisition will enable SailPoint to expand its capabilities to help companies gain better visibility into all types of identities, across both employee and non-employee identities – from third-party contractors to temporary workers – all from a single, market-leading identity security platform.
