- 8.12.2020
Howard University School of Law announced on August 11 that Senior Associate Ed Williams will join its faculty as an adjunct professor and a supervising attorney for the Howard University Civil Rights Clinic.
Mr. Williams brings experience litigating civil rights cases—including at the US Supreme Court—to Howard Law. He currently represents detainees at the Prince George’s County Jail in COVID-19 litigation. At the Civil Rights Clinic, he will advise students as they draft amicus briefs to the Supreme Court and other courts of appeals, participate in a moot court program, and engage in public education on important civil rights issues.
“I am excited to share my practical experience with students,” says Mr. Williams, who earned his undergraduate degree from Howard.
