International Arbitration Group Assists Fiji in Adoption of UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration

On 15 September 2017, the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji enacted the International Arbitration Act 2017. The Act implements the United Nations Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards 1958, which Fiji ratified on 27 September 2010.
