WilmerHale Reps AS&E in $269M Acquisition by OSI Systems

American Science and Engineering, Inc. (AS&E), a leading worldwide supplier of innovative X-ray inspection solutions, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by OSI Systems, Inc. for a total transaction value of approximately $269 million. The transaction is subject to approval of AS&E shareholders, regulatory approval, and other customary closing conditions, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
