WilmerHale's Ethan Shenkman will co-chair a roundtable discussion entitled "Will US and International Law on Expropriation Converge," focusing on the impact of two recent U.S. Supreme Court cases, Lingle v. Chevron and Kelo v. New London and on the the development of expropriation cases in NAFTA, ICSID and BIT investment treaty arbitrations.
