The Inaugural Annual Meeting of Working Group 10 (WG10) will launch the “Sedona dialogue” about best practices in patent litigation in the post-AIA environment. Leading jurists and patent practitioners formed WG10 to develop best practices and recommendations for patent litigation case management. WG10 is designed to run in parallel with, and to support, the congressionally-mandated Patent Pilot Project.
