The Georgetown Law Center Corporate Counsel Institute has developed a reputation for giving practical, relevant and comprehensive advice designed to help business leaders solve their toughest challenges. WilmerHale Partner Benjamin Powell is a featured speaker on the panel entitled, “Data Security and Privacy (US).” Topics to be discussed include the challenge of multiple state law requirements, US multinationals—the threat of cybercrime and cyberespionage—and California as a trendsetter on DNT, mobile privacy and eraser.
Additionally, WilmerHale Partner Justin Ochs serves on the national Advisory Board of the Institute. The Advisory Board is comprised of general counsels and senior partners at law firms who are responsible for planning the program.
