Partner Douglas Melamed participated in a panel on "Exclusionary Conduct" at this special public-service symposium, offered by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. The symposium presented an opportunity to review the Antitrust Modernization Commission's activities to date and to discover recommendations and proposals that may find general favor in the antitrust community, ultimately leading to Congressional action.
